All our regularly scheduled GENTLE yoga classes in Wagga are suitable for beginners.

$20 gets you 8 days of unlimited yoga & meditation classes


With the intro special you can  try out all the different yoga classes and teachers and see which ones resonate with you. Thereafter you can choose a membership option based on how many times per week you want to come to yoga class.

While no bookings are required for these classes we do ask that you register your details online at the above link to make it easier when you arrive for class. If your no “Tech Savvy” don;t worry just choose your class and come along 10 minutes early so we an get you signed in.



Anybody can practice yoga. You don’t need to be fit, you don’t need to be flexible you can just start where you are at. The yoga classes are safe, gentle and instructed step by step.

How do I prepare for class?

  • Try avoid eating for 2 hours before class
  • Dress in comfortable exercise clothing
    (for example: gym pants, capris, leggings, singlet tops, sport tops, t-shirts or stretchy gym wear)


What do I need to bring?

  • Mats are provided (We also have them on sale)
  • Water (we also sell water)


Are you Pregnant?

  • Our gentle classes are suitable for pre-natal yoga practice
  • Please advise the teacher and they will guide you to modify your postures accordingly

We also have a small shop for your yoga equipment, music and meditation CDs, inspirational books, incense and more. We recommend keeping in the loop with our community newsletter. We often have exciting workshops and events.

Once you become a member if you introduce a new friend to yoga you will receive a $10 gift voucher to apply to your next yoga pass or massage/breathwork/workshop.
